The effortless and always satisfying classic cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz 
• 2-4 dashes Angostura bitters
• chilled dry sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Add ingredients, except the wine, into a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and top with sparkling wine
• Strain into a chilled coupe or champagne glass
